Instead of celebrating what would have been your
45th birthday today. Felicia Weister & I are continuing to mourn your e of 2 years ago this past June. Our 15th anniversary together would have been July 4th although you tried to differ it was the 5th since we met randomly late that night at a pool hall all those years ago.
We had 12 great years together made an amazing daughter who you'd be extremely proud of in more ways than one. The best years of my life really were spent with you & our daughter. I only wish it just wasn't so abruptly & unexpectedly cut short. To say I was completely broken the day I lost you is an understatement. We were each others equals & better half's in every way.
I miss your witty one liners & annoying but comedic banter, even though it always made me laugh & smile. I miss your analysis of every boxing match & football game. You knew what was going to happen before they did.
It hasn't gotten any easier, learning to live without you has been the hardest, especially for our daughter. She misses her dad dearly. There's NO replacing the massive void you've left in our hearts & those who had the privilege of having you in their life.
I just hope you're in a better place. Kenny Weisterâ¤ď¸đđ
Thank You to all the friends & family that have supported us & continue to do so. I don't know how I would have made it this far without the outpouring of support felicia & I received.
A word of advice:
If you're not feeling well go to the doctor & get checked. If they tell you it's nothing to worry about do your own research or find another doctor who will listen. If you feel tired or overworked take a rest. Get all suggested medical testing especially if you have pre-existing . Your life can change overnight & the people around you.
Kenny was a strong physically appearing person who you wouldn't think would be on the verge of a life ending health due to genetic defects & hereditary diseases he never knew about. He went to a doctor a few months before they said he had minor sleep apnea but it wasn't concerning they felt. He asked for an EKG/cardiologist but they felt he didn't need it s nof the shape he was in.
He died from an enlarged heart an infection in his heart sleep apnea & numerous other things his body couldn't handle. He worked non stop hardly slept, but was devoted to his clients & training. Plus he always made time to spend with his daughter which gave him the greatest joy, plus myself.
I still think about the "what ifs" of that week with immense guilt that I will always carry. That I didn't push harder for him to get checked.

Wetzel and Son - obituary for Kenneth C. Weister
06/26/2021
It is with great sadness that I have to post this message. Unfortunately Kenny Weister passed away suddenly & unexpectedly at home this morning. Paramedics were called but he had already been gone. Iâll never forget our time together & the beautiful intelligent amazing daughter we brought into this world together. Who already desperately misses you.
I will always love & miss youâ¤ď¸. I just hope youâre in a better place.
A gofundme is being setup by a friend as he didnât have insurance to cover funeral expenses. If anything is left over it will be put in trust for our daughter.
