!!RACE DAY!!WOW!! Great running today at Philadelphia Mayors Cup! Lots of all-around stellar performances, and Men tied for 1st place!! More results to follow-happy hydrating 😇

!!!WEEKEND UPDATE!!! Don’t forget 9am TEAM RUN tomorrow at everyone’s favorite meet up spot/conveniently placed bathroom aka LLOYD HALL!! Rain not expected til later in the day🙏

!!SCHEDULE CHANGE!! Don’t forget group run is changed to Wednesday (today) this week, plan is to run and then go to Mayors Cup pep rally for whoever is available for that. Happy 🐫 day!!!

!!BROAD STREET RETURNS!! The only things better than the sunshine were the performances! A great day all around on mens and womens sides. Seems like a good time to mention some of the standout moments of the morning!
BIG day for Kylie Pearse finishing 10th female overall in a positively blistering time of 57:20. Christina Strauss was our second female finisher, earning 31st female overall w/ a time of 60:53!! Over on the mens side our top finisher was David Matthew (is there something in the water in the Strauss household??) crossing the line in 57:20, followed by D.j. Krystek likely fueled by his morning snickers bar at 57:22. Pictured below is everyone we could round up at the finish area, moments before a team record was set in fastest time from the gear check to the Xfinity Center.

Happy Broad Street Critical Night everyone!! We have a pretty big squad coming out for that- don’t forget to meet up near the finish for team a pic ( we can scout a good spot when the time comes)

CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Chris Applegate on his great effort at the Philadelphia Hot Chocolate 5k today!!! Chris cruised to Third Place overall in a time of 18:45! Absent from the photos is a strong squad from the team who faced the cold this morning to watch him crush it! A very “sweet” day indeed for Applegate, and for all of Philly BUXC Alum!

Finally got a pic of some of the team meeting up at trusty Lloyd Hall for a group run!!! Perfect running weather ☀️

THE GROUP RUN TONIGHT IS CANCELLED AS A RESULT OF THE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES IN PLACE TO HELP COMBAT THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS.
