Lots of positives to take from Spring Creek MX. We welcomed back Henry Miller from injury, and it was great to see both him and MarshalWeltin put in strong efforts. Eyes on Washougal.

Olly Stone: “Millville was great to have the return of Henry, and with a good start in the first race he managed to score points. Unfortunate luck for Marshal in moto one with a rock damaging the motor, but he rebounded and made up for it in moto two.  All in all, a day to build from as we head West next weekend.”
 
Marshal Weltin, 18th O/A: “I had so much fun racing this weekend. Grateful to avoid the craziness moto one, then had a crazy situation where a rock got stuck in my drivetrain and had to pull in. I was able to throw in a good effort for moto two and finished 14th.”
 
Henry Miller, 23rd O/A: “It was nice to be back at the races, even not being 100%. There weren’t any expectations and scoring a few points was just a bonus, so we are just going to keep working towards getting better!”

Family Adventure Day was a huge success, and our hearts are full.

Watching families unplug, spend intentional time together, and make lasting memories is exactly what Sons of Our Fathers is all about. Throughout the day, the kids were engaged from start to finish—excited to learn new skills, eager to tackle every activity, and fully immersed in each adventure. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to jump in made the day even more rewarding.

Events like these remind us that when families come together and kids are given opportunities to explore, learn, and grow, incredible things happen. These moments help build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create memories that will last a lifetime—one adventure at a time. This is the heart of the Sons of Our Fathers mission: investing in the next generation through mentorship, meaningful experiences, and family connection.

A tough weekend in the sand box, but the efforts of the entire team were there. Looking forward to round 7 at Spring Creek.

Olly Stone: “Southwick never disappoints. Qualifying was difficult due to the fast changing track conditions which left Marshal in an alternate spot. Lucky for us, he managed to race the second moto and charge to a season best result. With Southwick out of the way we are looking ahead to Millville where Henry will be returning to racing.”

Marshal Weltin, 21st O/A: “Bummer deal not qualifying out of lap times this weekend, but I have nobody to blame but myself. I just couldn’t execute the job the way I was supposed to. With that said I was able to race as an alternate for moto two and worked back toward the front for a 15th.”
