That’s exactly why we created the NEW RX Division.
Now you can compete against athletes who are closer to your actual ability level - pushing harder, competing smarter, and having WAY more fun doing it.
💪 WHAT IS TRU CHALLENGE?
Formerly known as Festivus Games, TRU Challenge has been bringing functional fitness athletes together since 2011. This event is designed for everyday athletes who love fitness, community, and competition.
When the workouts are released, you’ll finally look at them and say:

Here we gooo! We had a great turnout in July, and it was so exciting to see several newer names on the list alongside our regulars. Consistency is what gets results and it’s great to see so many members showing up and putting in the work!

Please sign your daughters up!!
Girls quit sports at double the rate of boys and average female drop out rates are 45-50% by the time they are in high school. Top reasons for quitting include low body confidence, fear of judgement, biomechanical shifts during puberty, and social pressures. The aim of this camp is to help girls feel how incredible and capable their bodies and minds are! Put on by Tasha and Rivers Nuño.
Campers will learn safe weight lifting techniques with awesome female trainers (making them feel invincible😁). They will learn and practice running form and speed drills. They will discuss food and fuel topics as well as body image with a registered dietitian and make healthy mini meals together! They will get to talk with female college athletes, discuss health topics with a nurse, learn a bit about sport psychology and even take a few jabs at the punching bag 😁.
It is a 2 day camp held August 21-22, 12:30-3:30pm both days. All activities held at 1243 Main St. in Philomath, OR (Chiseled Spirit Gym).
