Today we are conquering the Barbell inverted row 💪🏼💪🏼

Try to keep the legs as straight as possible (slight hinge in knees, so you don’t slide) main focus would be
-Drawing in the belly button (core activation )
-keep the neck and head relaxed no protruding
- pulling up and getting the chest as close to bar and focus on again an eccentric loading
- don’t let the moment control you you control it ( this will make you stronger and more stable and controlled when it becomes pull up time💪🏼💪🏼)

If this tends to be a challenge at first bend the knees and push through the legs to get your chest close to the bar and focus on slow descending until we can properly build up the muscle mechanics to straighten out the legs and have more neuromuscular control in our Latissimus Dorsi 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

🚨 Pull-up 💪🏼 🚨

- First up ⬆️ we are taking it simple Trx rows, but as for the goal of relating this to a pull up we are getting a good 😊 isometric hold at the top and controlling the eccentric part (descending)
- the pull up part tends to be the easier part springing up towards our first repetition however we usually have under-developed and unstable (Lats, forearms flexors, core strength )when heading towards our second rep

Try to bang out 3️⃣ sets of 8-12 repetitions focused on the hold up top and a controlled descend
