Sand piper courts were saved !!!!!!!

The Sand Park Tennis Courts were saved from the pickle ball invasion. The courts were resurfaced which was badly needed and hopefully the city will commit to maintaining them at a proper level.

The city has pitted tennis vs pickle ball at sand piper park and road runner park. Pickle ball organizers allegedly helped the city write the surveys and then distribute them on the issue of converting tennis courts to pickle ball courts. The survey was
Option 1 convert a tennis court to pickle ball
Option 2 keep the courts but add pickle ball lines
Option 3 keep the tennis courts as is.
May 25 through June 9th the survey dates and the city posted a flyer at the courts , distributed the survey to the adjacent neighborhoods to the parks
( we live in the sand piper park community and we didn’t receive a survey ) and they had Kierland HOA and Kierland Community Alliance distribute it as well.
Has anyone ever heard or know what the Kierland HOA and Kierland Community Alliance is ?? Why would the city seek them out to distribute this survey ?
