Great turnout tonight at our ๐ skills training!
Appreciate the older college athletes who came out, helped coach, and shared some knowledge with the younger guys about what it takes to play at the next level. Those conversations and lessons go a long way.
It was hot, but we got the work in. Athletes competed, learned, and got better. Thatโs what itโs all about.
Keep stacking good days and the results will take care of themselves.
Stay tuned for the next one ๐โ๏ธ

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to help out at Combine.
Honestly, one of the best combines Iโve ever been a part of. Everything was organized, detailed, and professionally run from start to finish.
Athletes are tested using the same timing gate technology used at the NFL Combine. Every rep is recorded so athletes and college coaches can review performance and technique.
They test the 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, L drill, vertical jump, broad jump, and more. Athletes also get position-specific work with coaches who have played at the highest level.
One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail. The coaches, many of them former NFL players, did a great job teaching, coaching, and helping athletes understand what it takes to perform at a high level. It was also awesome getting to talk football and learn from guys who have been there and done it.
If I were a young athlete looking to see where I stand, get quality testing numbers, and learn what I need to improve on, this is definitely a camp Iโd attend.
Appreciate everyone at for putting on a great event and thank you to for the invite. Looking forward to the next one! ๐๐ฝ๐

Multi-sport athletes putting in the work ๐ฅ
Soccer. Softball. Football. Different sports, same foundation speed, agility, and body control.
Change of direction training isnโt just drills. Itโs building the athleticism that shows up when the game is on the line.
๐น Banded lateral walks โ activating hips & glutes before we ever move fast
๐น Karioka with high knees โ hip mobility meets coordination
๐น Forward & backward hurdle balance โ proprioception and body awareness
๐น Sideways plate balance โ single-leg stability under load
๐น Lateral hurdle hops โ explosive lateral power
๐น Drop step box to 90ยฐ hurdle hop โ reactive hip turn and explosion out of a dead stop
๐น Single-leg over 2 hurdles to side shuffle โ deceleration into transition
๐น Forward & backward cone shuttle โ full-speed change of direction
This is what athlete training looks like when itโs done right.

Change of direction day ๐
๐นDrop off box to 90 degree hop working balance, deceleration, and body control
๐น4 lateral bounds over hurdles to broad jump building lateral explosiveness and power transfer
๐นRun to cone 3 steps backward teaching athletes how to decelerate and reaccelerate efficiently
๐น3 cone side shuffle drill improving footwork, reaction time, and movement control
A lot of sports are played changing direction, stopping, reacting, and exploding back out. Thatโs why we put a big focus on it with our athletes ๐ช
If you want to move better and become a more explosive athlete, come get some work in with us.

One of our baseball athletes Cole putting in the work โพ๏ธ
Cole comes in 2โ3x a week while playing club ball to make sure heโs staying on top of his speed and strength work during the season.
Heโll be a freshman next year and weโve been focused on building a solid base so heโs prepared for the workload that comes with high school baseball.
Yes, you can train in season. No, you wonโt get overworked if the volume is programmed correctly. In season training is important for maintaining strength, staying explosive, reducing injury risk, recovering better, and making sure your body holds up through a long season.
Professional athletes train in season for a reason ๐ช
