New pink uniforms for breast cancer awareness month.

3-0 to start the fall Flagfootball season. Got some cool new pink shirts coming to support breast cancer awareness month. Special Thanks to for the cool helmets. The boys looking good out there while also protecting those heads.

Sad day for west valley cardinals. We lost a parent of a one of our plays. Thomas Mollon Sr. passed away over the weekend . His Son Thomas jr. lost his rock and his best friend. Thomas still wants to play football and keep practicing this week to help keep his mind moving. It's a true testament the power of sports has not only for the body but also what it can do for our mental health. Basketball season is officially over. Had a good time coaching basketball and proud of everyone's progress. It's always nice to finish strong with back to back W's. Congrats Cardinals Basketball. It's Flagfootball time now. I'm looking For any boys or girls 10-12 years old interested in playing or trying out. Please DM me practice starts Sunday.
