Get ready for a great week of workouts!
LABOR DAY: HIIT Class at 6:15 AM and 8:45 AM - have extra time in your morning? Check out a class!
TUESDAY: STRENGTH - Upper body work with tempo built into each movement.
WEDNESDAY: XTX - This aerobically-focused workout combines kettlebell and dumbbell movements.
THURSDAY: PUMP - Lower body work with heavier reps in the Strength movements.
FRIDAY: SUMMIT - Work out those legs and arms from lifting earlier in the week. A cardio session is a great way to end the work week!
SATURDAY: SHRED - This combination of cardio and weights includes Trap Bar Deadlift and Barbell Front Squat, along with some great moves to make you sweat and tone.

Ending August Strong! Here's the weekly class lineup:
MONDAY: STRENGTH - A "pull" day with several exercises for heavy lifting and muscle definition.
TUESDAY: CARDIO U - An aerobic workout to get you moving on a Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY: PUMP - "Push" day with upper and lower body lifts. Designed to keep those calories burning long after you leave the studio.
THURSDAY: HIIT - High-intensity interval training with short bursts of cardio and recovery time to get to the next move.
FRIDAY: HYPER - Upper and lower body lifts for toning with a super set day.
SATURDAY: CREWFIT - Grab your friends for this team-style workout that is sure to make you sweat on a Saturday.

The Trap Bar is 1 of 25 pieces of equipment used at BFT. Since our programming is strength training based, there are many benefits to the trap bar. The benefits are: reducing stress on the spine, better weight distribution and to activate more muscles.

Week of August 19th! LET'S GO!!!!
MONDAY: CARDIO U - An aerobic session unlike any other CARDIO U you've experienced before!
TUESDAY: STRENGTH - Push day with lifts for upper and lower body. We're getting familiar with higher sets, higher weights.
WEDNESDAY: HIIT - Shake it all out from Tuesday's Strength day with decreased rest time in this HIIT session.
THURSDAY: PUMP - Pull day, mixing in both upper and lower body lifts with higher reps, lower weight.
FRIDAY: SUMMIT - Longer endurance cardio session with less rest time than last week. You'll burn some calories today!
SATURDAY: SHRED - A glorious mix of both strength and cardio to get your Saturday off to a great start!

It's a strength-focused week at BFT Paradise Valley! 💪 This week, we strength test Military Press and Barbell Back Squat!
MONDAY: STRENGTH (Upper Body) with Strength Testing on Military Press. There are two class options in the app to select from: Testing and Regular Class.
TUESDAY: HIIT - Work out those arms with some high-intensity aerobic training.
WEDNESDAY: STRENGTH (Lower Body) with Strength Testing on Barbell Back Squat.
THURSDAY: SUMMIT - Loosen those legs with this cardio endurance session.
FRIDAY: HYPER - Mixed to get both upper and lower body muscles firing.
SATURDAY: CREWFIT - This team endurance session is baaaaaack! Recruit your friends now!

BENCHMARK BLOCK STARTS TOMORROW!
In this 9-week block, we focus on strength gains, toning & definition, and functional movement. Here's the lineup:
MONDAY - STRENGTH: Upper-body focus to have you try the Military Press that we'll be testing on next week.
TUESDAY - SUMMIT: Longer exercise durations to endurance train!
WEDNESDAY - STRENGTH: Lower-body focus and practice on that barbell back squat that we'll test on next week.
THURSDAY - CARDIO U: This HIIT-style cardio session is sure to get you sweating!
FRIDAY - PUMP: Mixed lifts to get both upper and lower body going.
SATURDAY - XTX: Improve metabolic conditioning in this you-go, I-go format.
