WHOOPS! ๐ฌ
โฆIโm being completely honest, the first week didnโt go as well as I had hoped. BUT THATS OKAY! 141.6lb ๐๐ป๐๐ป 141.2lb ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
I am only 0.4lb down, but at least the scale is moving!! Realistically, 0.5-1lb weight loss in 1 week is a great goal for most people! It is sustainable and decreases the risk of muscle loss along with fat loss. ๐ฅ HOWEVER, Iโve been living this lifestyle for 4 years now, and Iโm focusing on keeping my protein high to reduce muscle loss and was hoping to lose about 1-1.5lb a week...
๐ค At the same time, I didnโt really make many changes, and I should have known better than to expect my weight to drop more quickly without bigger adjustments! ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ Sunday night I made some adjustments to my plan and will be excited to see where that takes me! Next week, Iโll be posting an update on Monday, so stay tuned!

๐ฅ Physique update! ๐ฅ
April 2022 141.6lb ๐๐ป vs ๐๐ปFeb 2021 137.4lb
Macros: I honestly know for any of them. I actually havent tracked consistently in over a year! This past year Iโve focused on hitting my protein goal and eating intuitively otherwise. Plus, even if I were to tell you, the macros/calories that work for me, won't necessarily work for you! ๐
Cardio: minimal for the entire past 1-2 years lol just doing things I enjoy and focusing on movement --> lots of walks, mountain biking, hiking, etcโฆwhile I was back in Indiana I was jump roping 1-2x a week.
Training: Lifting 4-5 days a week consistently for about 4 years now ๐คฏ
These past two months i have definitely eaten more than typicalโฆbefore I left for Indiana I was consistently sitting around 138, so Iโm up about 3lb from my norm. I spent a lot of time with family and doing social things, so I'm actually impressed I maintained as much as I did during that time!
current goals: live healthy and enjoy life! No thoughts about competing in the near future. I am focused on personal growth and growing Team FNG to bring health to even more people! ๐
๐ฅ However I am starting a 3-4 week mini cut today! ๐ช Going to do a q&a about it on my stories today so bring all the questions! Iโll also be posting a weekly physique update to keep myself accountable and keep you all in the loop as well!

Imagine this: you go balls to the walls on a 2 week vacation and gain 20lbs ๐ณ
But that doesnโt happen does it?
A little reminder that it likely took YEARS of habits compounding to get to the โunhappyโ point youโre at nowโฆYou did NOT gain the weight overnight.
๐๐ป so ask yourself: โwhy am I expecting my body to do the opposite for me?โ ๐ค
