Team,
Skill acquisition requires a considerable amount of application. You have to create neural pathways in order to speed up the learning curve.
Science tells us it takes 21 days of a stimulus to adjust . So keep showing up!

Hydration can be the difference between success and failure .
Your body’s natural response to inadequate hydration is thirst. You should respond to thirst right away by drinking fluids – preferably water. Drink enough water to prevent yourself from feeling thirsty! Water has zero calories!

Want to find ways to increase your power outputs without having to change any of your workout?
Well here are two mistakes people commonly make in training and especially power training
1) they don’t actually move the bar with any “intent”. They just lift the weight instead of trying to move it as fast as possible
2) they get too tired. Sometimes in power training you use lighter weights. Don’t rush! Take your time and focus on good quality outputs!
These are two things you can control that have nothing to do with the organization of the actual programming. Small adjustments matter!
