“I honestly thought my life was over.” After years of addiction, Taraya reached a point where she felt hopeless. Then she found a community that saw her potential, believed in her, and reminded her that her story wasn’t finished.

Today, Taraya is 1 year and 4 months sober, attends Church at the Kroc, and has found consistent employment. These are milestones that once felt out of reach. Her journey is a powerful reminder of what can happen when someone is given hope and a second chance.

Member Spotlight: Sandra's Fitness Journey 💪✨

Through fitness classes, supportive instructors, and her own determination, Sandra lost weight and maintained her progress even after knee replacement surgery and a rotator cuff repair. What could have been setbacks became stepping stones toward a healthier, stronger future.

Today, Sandra continues to show up, stay active, and inspire those around her with her commitment to a healthier lifestyle. We're grateful to be part of her journey! 👏

Teens, want access to the gym?

Teen Fit is your first step. Learn how to use the Fitness Center safely, understand gym etiquette, and gain the confidence to crush your fitness goals.

✅ Ages 12–15
✅ Only $7
✅ One to one orientation
✅ Monday–Friday

Teen Fit is a membership benefit and does not include day access to the Fitness Center for non-members.

Participants receive a lanyard upon completion of the orientation. If it is lost, a replacement must be repurchased.
