👉 The one that you actually do
👣 Walking counts, steps count.
🍹 It's ok to use the hotel or resort gym even just to get your morning stretches in and blood flowing. Your body deserves daily intentional movement, even if it's only 20 min, before mimosas and waffles.
😎 Play, play, play. Race down the beach, swim to the bouy, climb the hill the fastest, step on every stone without falling in the river, try back yard games or play tag in the park, see who can still actually do the monkey bars

The class wraps up with a fun, energizing HIIT circuit designed to elevate your heart rate and build endurance.

Exercises can be modified to match your fitness level, making this class accessible while still providing a challenge. No equipment is needed—just bring a mat and be ready to move, sweat, and have fun together.

💬 Let go of the idea that if you don't workout for an hour, it's not good enough.
🗒 Research has proven that consistency is king. The turtle will always win the longevity race, while the hare is focused on what the workout looks like on Instagram.
💜 Take a moment to remember that things will not always be like this. There are phases of life and phases of the year. Your summer schedule does not look like your Q4 schedule, stop expecting your workouts to look the same all year.
💜 Body weight workouts are not insignificant or a waste of your time. They are real, portable, and can absolutely kick your ass. (I’m not talking warrior 1 to warrior 2, I’m talking mountain climbers, shoulder touches and squat “jumps”)
💜 Variety and variability are the spice of life…and longevity. Try new things, new classes, new techniques, new skills, new intensities. You wont be disappointed.
💜 Focus on a little every day. Early am - mobility, breath, possible walk or run. Mid day - 15-30 min of intentional movement, evening - mobility, breath, possible walk or run
