Today, at the IAGA Conference, Mary Pomroy was presented with the IAGA Distinguished Service Award. After nearly 30 years of service, Mary Pomroy left an enduring legacy in Arizona golf.

As Executive Director of the Arizona Women’s Golf Association from 1999-2019, she led the charge for women’s golf in Arizona and ultimately facilitated the merger of AWGA and AZ GOLF to ensure that the AWGA’s legacy continues.

AZ GOLF has announced Catherine Carmignani as their new Executive Director. Carmignani comes to Arizona from Mass Golf, where she was most recently the Assistant Executive Director.
