Horizon Honors Boys Volleyball

Hello Eagles Families!!

I am excited for the opportunity to be the next Head Coach of the Horizon Honors Eagles Boys Volleyball Program! I was the former Head Coach of the Horizon Honors Girls Varsity Team, where we won the 2A State Championship in 2016, and Back-to-Back Region Championships. Most recently, I was the Head Coach at Benjamin Franklin HS where in the two seasons of being there, I led the Chargers to the first playoff wins in school history in both the girls and the boys programs, and also Back-to-Back Region Champions for the boys side. I am also a 5x Coach of the Year as voted on by other coaches and most recently was honored in the Horizon Honors Athletics Hall of Fame as a Coach in the first Hall of Fame class in 2024!

I also coach club volleyball at Aspire- where we won the Boys USAV National Championship in 14 Club in 2022, and led the 14s Boys to Back-to-Back AZ Region Championships!

I am looking forward in coming back to Horizon Honors as a teacher as well as a parent to both of my daughters who are students in the Elementary side. My goal for the Boys Volleyball program is to create a team culture and a learning environment to develop not only volleyball skills, but also the intangibles that are important to the success of the team!
