Cannot say enough about this group and this year! Had a ton of fun in San Diego and came back with some hardware! Happy new year everybody!

Our 14u really impressed today with two big wins to go 2-0 in pool play. This group has a bright future and embodies LFC Hoops! Our whole program has really grown In the last few months! Could not be more proud of what LFC Hoops has become!

This is a message to players:
There is always a way nowadays to get better. I hear kids say I can’t afford personal training, or I don’t have time to workout. Let me tell you something that’s a blessing today that wasn’t around back then. You have training available in your hand via social media, YouTube, other friends videos! There are no excuses it takes a kid with a vision, a goal, and some determination and self motivation to make it. If it was easy everyone would be able to do it. No personal trainer or coach will make you great, that’s your job as an athlete. A trainer or coach can help give you the tools to be successful, however what you do with it is up to you. You have so much at your fingertips, use it as a tool for success not a tool to complain. Your either part of the problem or the solution, which one you want to be? Just my two cents!

Associate yourself with people who are positive and who build your team up. Distance yourself from somebody who is always blaming others and tearing them down. This goes to student athletes, parents, and any person. Negativity and pessimism is toxic. Positivity and optimism is contagious.

Winning games is not the end result. Building relationships, creating memories, and teaching these young student athletes important characteristics that will lead to life long success is the end result.

Congrats to both our GNG 15U team and our LFC 15U team. Both had a successful weekend of hoops! Both of teams will be a force to be reckoned with. Great Coaching and competitive kids are the recipe to success. The most important is the joy that each kid found in each others successes not their own. Family comes first.

15U Girls Club tryouts is set! Looking for girls with SKILLS in lots of Energy, Communication, Discipline, Consistency, Focused, Engagement and Encouraging all while remaining humble. If you think your daughter, granddaughter, sister or niece has these attributes then we are the Club Team for her.
