Huge congratulations to our Desert Vista wrestlers who were honored with the All-City award! Your commitment, resilience, and effort all season long made this recognition well deserved.

A wrestler’s season is never over.

This weekend, our DV athletes showed exactly what that means by stepping back on the mat at the Terminator World Championships and continuing to push themselves against top competition.

Please join us in congratulating Benjamin Panaccione, Sophie Jimenez and Jaden Finger on bringing home FIRST PLACE finishes. Your hard work and commitment continue to make DV proud.

This weekend wasn’t just about medals. It was about heart, sacrifice, early mornings, tough losses, big wins, and the kind of grit that defines Desert Vista Wrestling.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our 5 State Placers:

🥈 Jaiden Finger – 2nd Place, 150 lbs
🥉 Sophie Jimenez – 3rd Place, 120 lbs
4️⃣ Andrea Killian – 4th Place, 185 lbs
5️⃣ Asher Stubbs – 5th Place, 120 lbs
6️⃣ Ava Willford – 6th Place, 140 lbs

Each of these athletes earned their place on that podium through determination, resilience, and unwavering belief not just in themselves, but in their team. They represent the standard, the culture, and the fight that this program is built on.

But our pride goes far beyond placements. To every wrestler who qualified for state, you are part of this story. You pushed each other. You showed up. You battled. And you carried the Desert Vista name with honor.

To our coaches, thank you for your leadership, your patience, and the countless unseen hours you pour into these athletes.
To our parents, thank you for the rides, the meals, the support, and the sacrifices that make this possible.

So proud of this group. The heart, grit, and work you showed all season was incredible.
