Are you having trouble keeping track of group members in your Facebook Group?

One of the most effective ways to build your tribe and generate qualified leads as a coach is using a Facebook group.

One of our subscribers Matt had put in some serious work to grow his group by 20-30+ members a week, but he was having trouble organizing all the members, and it was taking way too much time following up with all these qualified leads.

So, I had an idea to use Coaching Funnels to build out an automation to help him stay on top of his group member follow-up.

First, we set up a way for when he accepts the group requests in Facebook, and they are automatically added to our Coaching Funnels Software into a list called "New Member Requests."

We send him some reminders, so he knows to follow up and send the person a welcome message.

And if the group member gives us their email, we can send them a series of emails, all on autopilot.

From there, we created him a list called active conversations so he can keep track of the people he is ahhh actively communicating with.

From there, we created three other lists so he can grade each lead as it relates to how qualified he believes they are.

A- 30 Day Follow Up
B - 60 Day Follow Up
C - 90 Day Follow Up

Each of these lists triggers a series of reminders to him so he can send a message every 30, 60, or 90 days.

This has resulted in him reducing hours of manual tasks, more enrollment calls booked, and increased his sign-up rate.

If you want to spend more time coaching and less time doing admin work, let us set up your own group follow-up system.

Because you should spend most of your time coaching and communicating your message and leave the rest to us.

I was having a conversation with a friend and he was talking about “finding” an employee to help him in his business.

I knew he hadn’t taken the time to define what he wanted, who this person needed to be, and what they needed to do.

You and I are creators and what we define we call into existence.

Defining what we want and need in our life then calling and creating it into existence is the power given to each of us by God.

Use it.

I didn't realize how alone I had felt and how long it had been.

Earlier this year, I had an experience where I felt the gravity of how alone I have felt since my dad passed.

How I never acknowledge how hard it was trying to figure this s**t out on my own.

No Grandpa to fill the void
No Uncle to fill the void
No mentor to step up and fill the void

I am envious when I hear others had those people step up.

To lead them
To guide them
To cross-check them

Someone to talk to when

When you were in a bad relationship
When I took on more debt to open my second facility and
When I was fighting a 7 figure lawsuit

Someone to share

When I got married
When I had my first kid, my second, and my third
When I moved from my home town to Utah

Those who haven't experienced the void won't understand

The overwhelming self-doubt
The overwhelming uncertainty
The overwhelming void

But that void wasn't just from him losing him at 20
It was losing him at 6

All the whole time, I was looking to be lead.

Those who haven't experienced the void don't know.

The emptiness
The darkness
The uncertainty

There are young men who are

Looking to be lead
Looking to be mentored
Looking to be shown the way

Looking to show how to prepare themselves internally and externally.
Looking to be taught what it means to have a relationship with God.
Looking to be guided in how to be a king to their queen and a beacon to their kids.

Looking to be shown how to prepare their fields and build their home.

but who is going to fill this void?

I love my boys and there is something soft and sweet about this little girl.

That smile is amazing every time.

The way she lays her head into my shoulder 😍

13 years of memories
13 years of spending most of our days and nights together
13 years of adventures
Even though it hasn’t always been easy it’s given me everything my heart yearned for before us.

I love the life we have built.

Love you 😘

Do you ever think, "Why me or Why do these things always happen to me?"

And even..."I can never get ahead...I am jinxed."

For some reason, adversity keeps showing up in your life even though you are seemly doing your best to do everything right.

I get it I have felt the same for a number of years.

I would throw myself ALLiN into achieving a goal, I would make quick progress, and then all of a sudden, things would break.

If I were moving toward a transformation in my body, I would end up getting sick.

If I were pushing to take the relationship with my wife to the next level, one of us would get triggered, we'd end up in an argument and drift away from each other.

Or in business, I would get a few quick wins, and then progress would come to a halt, or some would go wrong or break.

Initially, my response was to stuff what I was feeling about it and push on ignoring the story and the feelings of feeling a bit like a victim to the circumstance.

Not seeing each of these moments was serving me to getting me what I want.

That each of these moments was testing my faith and perseverance and showing me a new direction or a piece I can grow.

I share this with you because maybe the adversity you are facing is things just not working, and I encourage you to take a step back self reflect, and see the lesson that is being taught because these trials just might be for your benefit.

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
