If I was a flavor…strawberry shortcake of course. 💁‍♀️ Haha. But for real, this s**t is 🔥.

I eat mainly whole foods, but this right here is a life saver. I don’t have time to make breakfast before my morning lifts so I make a shake and go. I never lift wo a small snack or meal at least 30 mins beforehand.

Sometimes people can’t see your vision. The support has to come from within. Sometimes it’s the closest ones near and dear that steer you from what you feel is right because they are speaking out of concern. Heck, sometimes it’s yourself that you have to hush. What I’m finding is that my vision is developing as I’m doing. Things continue to reveal themselves, things I couldn’t see when I overanalyzed (to put it mildly) myself out of action. Sometimes it takes doing, to realize the vision…plus lots of faith and lots of self-work and a couple do-good-er cheerleaders. 😘

I got to meet my new niece at my cousin’s wedding. 💕The bride had covid, so they had to adjust the service. It was really nice to be around my culture.

I can slay a bikini just as much as I can slay the kitchen. 😜
