The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, has great energy and is committed to health and fitness. The position is on a temporary basis for evening hours with some occasional daytime/weekend hours through year end and has potential for future opportunities.
�Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities
�Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
�Demonstrate proper form and technique
�Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun
�Reliability is a must!
�Acceptable certifications include, but not limited, to NCSF, NASM, ACSM, ACE, NFPT
�Degrees in kinesiology and exercise science are a plus but not required

Please be sure to ask your trainer to clarify details if needed - there are rules to this challenge! Just like the song, you will do the exercise of the corresponding day you’re working on and ALL DAYS PREVIOUS, i.e. on Day 4 you will do Days 4, 3, 2 & 1. IN THAT ORDER! AND - you cannot do partial days. Once you start a day you must complete it with Day #1, which means 30 burpees. Yes, you will do 360 burpees by the end - which by the way is Christmas Eve.
