Tonight I didn’t go to Zumba , I went to Phoenix Mountain Reserve off Hwy 51 ( Lori Peuestua Mt)! Haven’t done it since hit on left knee which is 3” shorter, but I got BRAVE, and did 2 miles in light & dark. I used to run this with my dog and the higher paths all the way to Northern from East Glendale Si se puede! ❤️❤️❤️Cheers
