COLD SEASON
Do you struggle with sinus colds? Many do and while it’s not always possible to prevent it there is a thing or two you can do when your sinuses are making life miserable.
Pineapple is a great decongestant because it contains the enzymes called bromelain. Bromelain breaks down the junk that builds up in the sinuses and helps reduce inflammation and swelling.
Lemon in warm water has multiple benefits. Among those is that it to helps expel mucus and support immune function.
Onion and garlic both help reduce mucus. The added plus is the natural thirst that follows which helps encourage drinking more water.
Of course most natural and effective way to help your body rejuvenate and recover is to rest, take naps, sleep well.
