Thank you Ohio!

For the past 32 years, Ohio has been my home full of loving family, unforgettable friendships, wild adventures, extraordinary experiences, and heartfelt memories. Now my wife and I will be be taking all of those connections and moments in our hearts to the beautiful and sunny state of Arizona!

My talents and skills in the fitness industry have opened up a new opportunity to pursue business coaching sales for Grant Cardone. I'll be connecting businesses with 360-degree solutions through Cardone Ventures portfolio of services in leadership, finances, marketing and labor to scale to 10X results.

I am extremely grateful to all of my clients, colleagues, teammates, mentors and friends who I've shared 12 years within the fitness, wellness and mindset coaching industry. From my early years as a Fitness Floor Associate at the Kent State Rec Center to operating under Mezomorphx and finally partnering with Life Time, these milestones have led me to this new endeavour. I will never take for granted everything I have learned and achieved with all of you. I will of course continue living a healthy way of life, but now solely for me.

This big move wouldn't have been possible without the loving support, encouragement, organization and tenacity of my beautiful wife Lyndsey! She has been onboard with this new adventure every step of the way. I am so grateful for her, words cannot describe the immense love and appreciation I have for her. We never would have imagined moving in less than a year of marriage, but of course we know anything is possible.

Even if we didn't get to personally say goodbye, just know that we love you and care about you. The good news is planes fly in both directions and social media just needs a good wifi spot, so I know this isn't goodbye forever. Let us know when you're in the area!

A fun weekend getting OCR prep in for the Savage Race!

This weekend has taught me that no matter what happens, obstacles are temporary.

Like most walls and structures throughout history, nothing lasts forever. If you know this to be true, anything that comes in front of you can be overcome.

That’s why I’m pursuing the title of Mr. Health & Fitness. I want people to see, learn and know that they have the power, skills and support to transform their situation. There is nothing stopping you.

I would appreciate you voting daily for me. Follow the link in my Profile. Thank you for your support!

Some people think that an individual participating in the Mr.Health & Fitness contest wouldn’t eat large amounts of food or have sweet treats to maintain body composition but that is entirely not true.

I love eating large quantities of healthy food and enjoy the flavors of so many pastries. I allow myself to do this because I know the science of macronutrients and put in high energy workouts that require high energy refuels.

Among the pictures you’ll see a huge cinnamon role with fried chicken, a large double bowl of chipotle, a pop tart from Disney, and a nice wedge salad and sirloin.
My relationship with food has always been flexible and that’s what I want people to know and learn from me as the 2023 Mr. Heath & Fitness.

I can only get this large platform and opportunity if you continue to support me with a vote. It’s totally free and you can share your vote daily. Link below
If you really want to support me, you may make a donation at the link below and earn even more votes to share with me.

Today only (5.17) you can earn double the votes.

The money supports building new homes for wounded veterans to accommodate any of their physical disabilities.

Once you vote, let me know how you treat yourself after a committed workout!

“Hang in there”

The past 2 years I have had some health & fitness challenges. In Summer of 2021, I was training a client and in 3 steps demonstrating a Sprint, I herniated my neck. C6-C7 put so much pain and pressure to my spine that I couldn’t move my neck and had to lie down on the floor to try to alleviate the stress. Within 15 minutes, I was backboarded and c-spined on my way to hospital. Waiting hours for a doctor, getting any sort of results with an MRI, I came to realize my healing process was going to hit a wall. The doctor had no clue what dry needling was, only wanted to give me pain meds (which I didn’t take) and potentially consider surgery. It boggled my mind how quickly they wanted to assume one solution for me. Fortunately enough, I exited the hospital on my terms and immediately set up an appointment with .crc and From there he was able to rehabilitate me back to walking function within a quick for an upcoming trip - still with limitations - but enough to walk and enjoy my time with my wife.
That year I was able to heal so much that I still ran my first road half marathon, race and take 12th for short course & 6th long course in age group and 3rd in open team relay with

In 2022, I gave myself an acute condition of rhabdomyolysis where the upper body muscles has an accelerated breakdown or atrophying effect. After performing the MURPH on Memorial Day, where I was under-hydrated, under-nourished, over-hearing and over-trained from 3 days prior, my body did not respond well and to the repetitive volume in muscle groups. By Thursday afternoon, my urine was dark brown, a clear sign my kidneys and liver were processing high levels of creatinine kinase, a byproduct of muscle tissue breakdown. My only solution was to be in the hospital for monitoring and IV hydration for 5 days. I’m still working on building back my strength from over a year ago as I continue to navigate other injuries in my knee and ankle.

Was great fun being back out on an obstacle course since having rhabdomyolysis last year.
Took top 5 with 25:00:04 (unofficial)

I’m always so grateful to see old friends in the sport and making new ones out on course. I got to enjoy 3 laps this year. One for Elite wave with , one with and a third one with Jose & Chris.

One of the best moments is getting to spend an eventful weekend with my wife . She is my biggest support and cheerleader in life and on the course. You can hear her cheering me on in almost every video. Lol

I’m so happy with yesterday’s performance and I can’t wait for Savage Race in little over a month.
In the meantime I’m gonna keep training for some speed, work on lactic threshold, heal up some scrapes, and make my daily vote for the Mr. Health & Fitness Contest (link in bio).

If you’re in the Columbus (Dublin) area and want to experience a proper recovery session, comment down below with a picture of you holding your medal.

Enjoy your weekend Everyone!

Hi Friends, could you do me a huge favor and send a vote over here daily?

It's been a huge goal of mine to pursue something like this to really get my story out there.
If you know my story, you should be aware that I've overcome a herniated spinal disc and an acute condition of rhabdomyolysis that put me in the hospital for 5 days.
Earning your vote would mean a great deal to me, because then I can let more people know that they too can overcome any how if they have a strong enough why!

Thank you for your for your support.
