6 months ago, I shared this photo with my surgeon as I was prepped for my mastectomies. I cried. But, with grace, dedication to my recovery, and a commitment to rebuild, I’m well on my way to being that “me” again ❤️

I am celebrating!! My cancer is in remission, I am feeling fabulous, and I am changing things up 😁... While I have loved all my years of training in a big gym, I am moving into a smaller space , while continuing my online HIIT classes! I will also be venturing onto YouTube any day now, so keep a lookout for some very "Sara" class recordings to enjoy at home. Stay tuned for more!!
