Having a hard time starting your day off with a good protein packed meal? This is a great way to get 42grams of protein in and it tastes awesome!!!!! Protein-Packed Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight NON-Oats
โ€ข 1 scoop paleo protein Aztec vanilla
โ€ข 0.25 cups milk of choice
โ€ข 0.5 cups Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt
โ€ข 0.5 cups fresh blueberries
โ€ข Protein: 42g
โ€ข Carbs: 19g
โ€ข Fat: 3g
In a mason jar, combine the milk and paleo protein powder.
Shake vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved in the milk.
Stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add the fresh blueberries and gently stir to incorporate.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Enjoy the next morning! The consistency should resemble cheesecake.

๐Ÿ’ฃ Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce ๐Ÿ

An easy, secretly healthy cauliflower alfredo recipe that's rich and creamy without the heavy cream! Lets start Day 1 of 2024 eating something delicious, but 100% healthy.


2 cups raw cauliflower florets (200g)
2 tsp minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter or olive oil (optional for added richness)
1 cup milk of choice
Optional: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or nutritional yeast
Optional: 1/4 cup diced shallot or onion

Put all ingredients into a medium pot and bring to a complete boil.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is fall-apart tender.
Use an immersion or regular blender to pulverize the mixture until smooth.
Serve over pasta, spaghetti squash, rice, roasted vegetables, or your favorite dish.
Makes about 2 cups and thickens as it sits.
