We all know CrossFit can be very demanding on our bodies, and rest and recovery are equally important in our journey to a stronger, healthier future. That is why I am doing a promotional sale for regular massage this month. It will be $180 for 4, one hour sessions (that's a $45 average and a $20 savings from my typical rate). This is amazing. 45 kids are going to have smiles on their faces. So proud of our gym and members. Every year we run this event and add more kids. Our members stepped up and always come through. Thank you to DCS for letting us be a part of this program. And thank you members for being so selfless and willing to participate!

Link in bio. RALLY FOR AAllie Brown! Allie is back and healthy, but stuck with some gnarly bills. I thought this would be a supportive way in our community to support her while she always supports us at the gym. I know you all love your T-Shirts. The print shop that we use set up a store for us. ALL the profits of the shirts will be a check cut directly to Allie to help ease the pain of her medical bills. Allie is one of the most dedicated individuals to her job at Make A Wish, as a coach at Full Strength, and a person that I truly consider a great friend.
Here is her story as a reminder of she went through in her words...
Long post but necessary little life update: Tuesday night I couldn’t catch my breath and my oxygen was dropping pretty fast and the time between my breaths was getting too short. My inhaler wasn’t working and it was time to go to the emergency room. After 8 breathing treatments, my oxygen levels dropped to 85 and I was quickly losing consciousness. After about 14 hours of fighting to breathe, I had to give in and they sedated me and put me on a ventilator. I woke up and realized 26 hours had gone by, my mom had flown in from Iowa and my girlfriend and best friend hadn’t left my side. After 3 nights in the ICU, I moved up to a regular room, spent some time on oxygen and eventually weened off. By the grace of God I am still alive and without the support of my incredible girlfriend taking me to get help, I’m not sure what would have happened. So thankful for Jourdan, my mama and everyone who has reached out or said kind words.
It’s funny how life works.. a few weeks ago I was questioning my faith and wondering if God really did exist. And boy, there is absolutely no questioning anymore. His hands were all over this and I fully believe he guided those doctors and nurses to keep me alive and bring me home. Heres to a slow but hopefully successfully road to recovery!!

The Lazy Macros™ Challenge is about setting a priority on the underrepresented foods in most diets (fruits, veggies, and protein). You’ll find by eating real meals of the good stuff, you typically don’t have room to overeat processed carbs and fat. Sure, you can still have some goodies since no foods are eliminated in the challenge, but the quantity of them falls better in line when you have a proper baseline of whole foods. Our next nutrition challenge is the Lazy Macros™ Challenge. 

What’s that? 

The Lazy Macros™ Challenge focuses on ensuring a baseline level of fruits, veggies, and protein every day – without weighing and measuring everything and without restricting anything! (Remember, it’s “lazy”!). 

It combines the ® (eating 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and veggies each day) with a protein target. By setting a target on items that are underrepresented in most diets, the overall quantity is reduced and a better micro & macronutrient balance is achieved.

Points will also be awarded for working out and achieving enough sleep. The Lazy Macros™ Challenge tackles the major areas in diet & lifestyle that affect the goals most everyone wants: better body composition, performance, and overall health.

Meet Lisa! Lisa is a member of our Crossfit Full Strength Family. She has been on her weight loss journey over 5 years now. Those weights she’s sitting on are the pounds LOST. That’s right, 135 pounds!

“At the gym, my biggest accomplishment is not just one thing. It's gaining strength every day, improved stamina, slowly but surely. I do not measure myself against the other athletes in the gym, because I am not walking their path. I am on my journey, I work hard, and I love it! I conquer every WOD! WE ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN! Running our full schedule and taking every extra step to make sure you are safe.


Great to be back and open. Running classes with under 10 people with strict rules in place to keep everyone safe. Today went flawless and members had plenty of room with a ton of instruction. There are really no guidelines in place for Phoenix Gyms, but we set them for ourselves. Come join our SMALL group classes with a FULL hour of class. Running classes every 90m ALL DAY LONG!



7 Days a week, Hour classes every 90m during the week, and 8 people MAX per class.

Your safety is #1.


Favorite moment of the day. V-Ups with a curious baby and dog. I get to see my sister in law and nephew everyday from Massachusetts since she does our virtual classes. Gotta find the little things that will bring a smile to our faces during this tragic time.
