🔥 Workout: 15-Minute AMRAP 🔥
🔹 3 Lateral Burpees Over Dumbbell
🔹 3 Dumbbell Hang Clean-to-Overheads (♀ 35 # | ♂ 50 #)
🔹 30-Foot Walking Lunge (No Weight)
👉 After each round, add 3 reps to the burpees & cleans!

🔥 Quick Tips to Crush 25.1 🔥
✅ Pace Yourself – Don’t go out too hot! The reps climb FAST.
✅ Burpees: Chest & thighs hit the ground, and BOTH feet must clear the dumbbell.
✅ Hang Clean-to-Overhead: No snatching! Must pass through the rack before pressing overhead. Lock it out before switching hands.
✅ Walking Lunges: Knee must touch the ground, full hip & knee extension before stepping forward.
✅ No wasted reps! Move smart, breathe, and stay smooth!

Shoutout to the Tempe Women’s Rugby Team! 💪🔥

These athletes showed up and put in work at CrossFit Full Strength! They kicked things off with 4 sets of 5-7 heavy deadlifts, paired with med ball side tosses for explosive power. Then, they took on a 14-minute partner AMRAP, pushing through:

🏋️‍♀️ 6 Dumbbell Snatches (3 each arm)
💪 8 Hand-Release Push-Ups
🦵 10 Goblet Squats

We’re excited to announce our official HYROX Affiliation! HYROX is the ultimate combination of endurance and functional fitness—just like CrossFit but with a unique twist. All designed to build your engine and stamina.

Starting February 10th, our cardio days will be HYROX-based, giving you a structured way to level up your endurance. Plus, we’re adding HYROX Saturdays, so you can hit race-style workouts and test your grit every week!

If you’ve ever wanted to train for a HYROX race—or just get faster, stronger, and more efficient—this is your chance.

You know this guy! He comes into the gym the day after hiking the Grand Canyon out and back. The guys that posts results at the gym that make you go “WTF”! Big shoutout to Richard Bresnahan for absolutely crushing his half-marathon with a time of 1:27:19 (6:40 min/mile pace)! 🔥 He placed in the top 1% of his age group, 9th out of 299, and 97th overall out of 5,536 runners—all while training exclusively with CrossFit. This dude is unstoppable! 💪

Having a hard time starting your day off with a good protein packed meal? This is a great way to get 42grams of protein in and it tastes awesome!!!!! Protein-Packed Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight NON-Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 scoop paleo protein Aztec vanilla
• 0.25 cups milk of choice
• 0.5 cups Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt
• 0.5 cups fresh blueberries
Macros:
• Protein: 42g
• Carbs: 19g
• Fat: 3g
Instructions:
In a mason jar, combine the milk and paleo protein powder.
Shake vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved in the milk.
Stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add the fresh blueberries and gently stir to incorporate.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Enjoy the next morning! The consistency should resemble cheesecake.
Notes:
• Feel free to experiment with different flavors of protein powder and yogurt.
• 0% Fat plain Greek yogurt is your safest bet.
• This recipe is incredibly simple and packed with protein for a nutritious start to your day!
