2350 yds + 50 yards correcting some form issues. I’m thankful for the kind guys swimming next to me helping me with my form (and not making fun of me for it🤣). 2400 yards swam total. Tomorrow will most likely be cycling and lifting and Saturday will most likely be another swim 🏊🏻♂️ Happy Thursday friends, and stay cool!! 🥶

Today’s dunks and lifts definitely inspired by everyone plus between the legs dunk and alley-oop dunk returning to . Could barely sleep last night just itching to get into the gym this morning to put a few dunks down and to lift with dunking intent on my mind.

Workout:
•dumbbell bench press 4x10
•dumbbell incline bench press 3x8
•skull crushers 3x10 (superset w/ kickbacks)
•tricep kickbacks 3x10
•tricep pull downs 3x10
•dips 3x15 - I did these out of order because the other side of the gym was available at the time, but do these for your first tricep workout or you’ll look like me all shakey and failing 😂

Glute bridge with the barbell (tip, put plates under the bar so it’s easier to get your hips underneath)
