We talk a lot about smart training, about mobility and recovery. Our goal is to build you up and make you feel better not to beat you down and send you on your way.
But those that want to see changes will need to push just outside of your comfort zone. It looks different for everyone…
Just remember the next time you feel your brain telling you this s**t is getting really hard and I’m not comfortable- that you have some more in the tank, and the discomfort you feel today will lead to a better you tomorrow.
So our encouragement: fight the discomfort of laying in bed a few extra minutes, fight the discomfort of instant gratification of the third cookie, fight the discomfort of stopping your legs when your lungs and quads feel like the bike won…
You’re so much stronger than you even know- find out where your new limits are.

5 Week Conditioning Group: WEDNESDAYS 630p-
Join Spire as we add in a 5 week conditioning Course:
Ready to take your conditioning to the next level? To work your heart, lungs and muscles to be stronger and help compliment your Strength training program. Everything is Scaleable, so don’t worry if you are just getting back into it, or you are already a cardio j***y!
We will focus on both long and short work periods. Working on Short burst as well as how to pace for longer work periods.
Pricing for Five weeks:
Members: $69 ($13 per session)
Non-Members: $109
Class limited to 10 People
Starts March 2nd- FREE PREVIEW GROUP ON FEB 23rd
5 Weeks long- 6 if you grab the free week as well :)
The workouts will focus on using the Concept 2- Row, Ski and Bike. We will also work with the sleds and battle ropes.

Training looks a little different to every person; we could enter the same room with the same workout and still to each person it’s a bit different.
One of our favorite parts about all the equipment is we get to challenge ourselves to get better at a skill.
Crazy part…. Sometimes you have to slow down a little bit to hone in the details so that in the future you will be able to go even faster.(life lesson there??)
not just working out but training to get better at rowing on a regular basis 🙌🏽. Going pretty damn fast if we don’t say so ourselves 💪🏽💪🏽

Training ≠ Working Out
Which one have you been doing? Working out is an approach of showing up to the gym and just doing random exercises without any specific goals in mind hoping to get results. Some day… (probably not)
Training, on the other hand, is following a plan targeted at your goals. Before you even get to the gym there is a plan laid out.
And just like anything else it takes consistency and discipline to make progress.
Not to say working out is bad… if you’re traveling or on vacation, getting a quick sweat in is fine (especially if equipment is scarce).
