Batman and Robin showed up for a workout today ☺️💪🏼 I’ve noticed that when kids are around their parents when they workout they tend to mimic what they do. Another great reason to workout is to set an example for your little ones!

When you destroy what destroys you (bad habits, lack of focus, the wrong people, poor diet, distractions, alcohol, drugs, cheating, complacency, lying, being negative, etc.), you may live up to your greatest potential and reach your greatest successes.
Take inventory and think about anything that may be working against you, and come up with a plan to destroy it. It's time to reach your full potential. 💯

Super easy low calorie/high protein/inexpensive meal prep idea with some veggies in it. Just mix egg, some leftover veggies (in this case we used asparagus and spinach), and a dash of cheese together and put it in a muffin pan. Bake and voila! Egg bites all week! So easy! They reheat well too! 🍳😋
(For clients who know that I’m allergic to eggs- this was Hailey’s meal prep for the week lol. I’m still allergic)
