CARBS🥖🍚🍝OUR FUEL. This doesn’t mean eat chips and pasta all day, chose healthy carbs like rice, whole wheat, vegetables, beans etc.

PROTEIN🍗🥩🍔 OUR BUILDING BLOCKS. This doesn’t mean burgers all the time, chose lean protein like chicken, fish, 93/7 ground beef and turkey, protein drinks etc.

Life is so crazy, just a couple weeks ago I came out here to visit my friend and decided, next year I’m coming to phoenix to train, I posted a picture with the caption “everything in time” … I knew my intentions when I quoted that. When I decide I want to do something I attack it at every angle until I achieve that goal (this is why I have to be careful what I say lol) it’s a law that if you put work in, truly believe something will happen and put action to it.. that goal will always come true.

I can’t wait to see what challenge I come up with when this one is complete because every hard thing done only leads to growth🧡

Let me reintroduce myself 🖤

For those who don’t know me I’m Coach Mary. Five years ago, I found myself locked in a mental and physical battle with my own body, desperately searching for a way out. I was thin, depressed, and burdened with destructive habits that I knew could not continue. It was during this time that I made the decision to start my weightlifting journey. I knew nothing about nutrition or strength training all I knew to do was starve myself and force myself to do pointless workouts. Fast forward to today, and I’m a testament to the transformation that is possible for anyone. This is not a sob story, but an example of how it’s possible for anyone to go from being at your weakest to being your strongest. Please, do not feel sorry for me. Instead, become an absolute badass with me.

My mission goes beyond helping people discover their maximum physical strength but I want to unlock their mental strength through training. I want to encourage and
guide people to go past there limits everyday and realize that they can accomplish anything they want. I want to push there limits in fitness to make them realize they can push there
limits in life.

2023 • this year was a mental battle, I learned things about myself that I never thought I’d uncover, I thought I was aware about all my demons but 2023 laughed in my face and said “nah you holding s**t in” lol 2023 was a year of learning. A year I felt like I’m living through my testimony with God. A year I’ve gotten the closest to Him cause my faith was tested but through faith I persevered. 2024 is gonna be about growth. I feel so ready and excited for the new challenges of 2024 I’ve never been more sure about where I’m at in life. Happy New Year 🥂
