Many people say they don't have time to train, but let's break it down. There are 168 hours in a week:

- 50 hours for work
- 50-56 hours for sleep
- 28-30 hours for family time

That leaves you with at least 30 hours of free time. Don't let "I don’t have time" be your excuse. We offer flexible training days and times to fit your schedule. Make your training a priority and seize those hours!
