We have two awesome R1100RS’s in the shop. One has 183,616 miles on it! Two years ago, we rebuilt the top end. Currently, it’s in for an O2 sensor. We are going to see if we can recapture some of his lost fuel economy.

We had a CE 04 all electric scooter in yesterday. What a fun ride! Electric vehicles are slowly starting to gain traction in the motorcycle world. This bike is whisper quiet with only a little road vibration. It feels like you are flying. It’s also loaded with features like a large TFT display that connects to maps and your phone, 3 ride modes, ABS, heated grips, recuperative charging and a reverse feature.
It has a range of 80 miles and charges from 0 to 80% in 65min. You can use a charge station or the supplied charge cord through any wall socket.

If you like mud and dirt inside your motor, you might like one of these reusable air filters.
These may have racing applications but in the desert, we have a lot of fine dust particles in the air.
I can guarantee 100% of the time using a filter like this long term in Arizona will create engine damage.
Fine dust particles will be sucked into your intake, wear out your piston rings and valve seats. After enough damage has been done, we sometimes find silt in the engine oil which can cause bearing damage.
The stock BMW air filter is our 1 # recommendation. With normal use, it should be checked every 12K miles. When riding off road, it should be checked after each ride or two.

R100RS 1983 Restoration
This bike came completely apart. Every bearing, every seal was replaced. All cases were media blasted, cleaned and sealed. Lot of new OEM parts. New paint and new upholstery!
