History will repeat itself
This was me many years ago. I was extremely happy with Life. Things have changed dramatically since then. The one constant that keeps me in check, running.
What defines you? What is your passion?
Mi Casa es Su Casa
Never ask permission to Live your. Make small choices that will change your Future. These last 7 months in Arizona have been alot of small choices. But I almost forgot I had to make the hard decisions first.
Working hard in Arizona trying to rent my Hostel so I can spend my summers traveling!
I can't be still. I gave up the Normal Life so I can do what I Love and do what makes me Happy.
The adventure, the rush of meeting new people and exploring new areas has been driving me for the past decade. Its no longer a passion of mine. It is more of an obsession. I yearn to Live! My heart thrives in the Wild.
Be well My friends and Travel Safe.

A very humbling review. I'm completely grateful to have a home that I can share.

What do you see?
A place of community, a space to crash in, your traincation, positive energy & experiences that will rock your very being. The concept of the Ultrahouse was founded in 2015 by Phoenix based Ultra Runner and Go-To-Homie, Miguel Moreno who opened up his Central Phoenix home to fellow runners passing through Arizona who needed a place to crash. Since its early beginnings as a Dirt-Bag Drop House, the Ultrahouse has hosted countless guests from novice runners to the elite and famous. Tarahumara racers Manuel Luna and Arnulfo Quimare, made famous by the bestselling book Born to Run, are regulars at the Ultrahouse Phoenix who stay during travels from their home in Chihuahua, Mexico to race on the Arizona trails.
Aside from being a place for travelling runners to crash, the Ultrahouse is a place of community where friends, new and old are welcomed for good food, meaningful connections and normally always, a group run. The Ultrahouse vibe is spreading as runners connect across the US and bring the concept into to their own home. Anthony Kunkel; Colorado based 2 time Champion Ultra road runner and Coach also opened up his Durango, CO home after finding soul connection with Miguel and the Ultrahouse Phoenix as a guest way back during a trip to Arizona. 2020 sees the opening of The Ultrahouse Seattle, WA in the home of Evan Williams; Ultra Runner and 2019 US Trail World Champion team member. Evan connected with Miguel and the Ultrahouse crew during a trip to Superior Arizona in February 2020 to run (and win) the inaugural Copper Corridor 33km trail race. After connecting with the UltraHouse through Social Media, Joshua Korpi, owner of the Fresh Tracks Mountain House in Brighton, Utah came on board also in 2020 to join the Ultrahouse family, offering a place to stay for runners exploring the stunning and challenging mountains of the Brighton ski resort and beyond, in the newly named “Ultrahouse Big Cottonwood”.
There’s no limit to the growth of the Ultrahouse and exciting things are coming. What binds us together is the passion for our sport and all the good things that come with bringing together our community. Respect. Love. Encouragement and Motivation. Need a place to stay? Just shoot us a message.
