We provide personal training to members of The Gym in Juneau, AK.
We work with motivated people from all walks of life, with diverse fitness goals, including strengthening and conditioning for athletics all the way to overall health improvement. Located inside of The Gym in Juneau, Alaska, we train gym members to achieve their fitness goals, whether those involve athletics, general strengthening and conditioning, or simply getting healthier.
We are now providing virtual training to our clients, using whatever array of fitness implements they have at home, whether those are free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, or just pure body weight exercises.
Let us continue to guide you on your fitness regimen from afar without missing a beat!
In accordance with the Governor's Health Mandate 003, we ceased in-person operation on March 18, 2020 and will only be offering training via Skype until further notice. Please stay safe and healthy as we all battle this virus together.
