KNEE THERAPY PROGRAM TESTIMONIAL 💓 So grateful for these spontaneous emails, and to know this work makes a impact 🙏
I just wanted to thank you for this stellar rehab. On the first day, I could not do even a single leg lift on my bad knee side. I was stunned. Since then, I can now do a full set. It’s still harder than my good side, but I AM SO PLEASED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT HAS SHUT DOWN AND KNOW THOSE MUSCLES ARE WAKING UP AGAIN.
I ALSO HAVE NOT HAD DAILY KNEE PAIN IN THE LAST WEEK!!!! I still get pain when I try to do something demanding, but the relief from the chronic sensitivity and pain is incredible.
I'M SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT I COULD CRY.
I just finished session 3, and again, found things that were hard for my bad side that surprised me. So I am thrilled to have this new range of exercises.
This training is so much more valuable than the rehabs I’ve been to. You give us a whole hour of focused rehab, instead of 20 mins and a sheet of paper. It’s really pretty great.

WHY:
Strong glutes are essential part of your CORE (everything in your body but your head, legs and arms). Glutes stabilize your lower back, your hips and knees.
Your glutes are like a "steering wheel" for your legs, make sure it has power!
If you don't have a firm grip on the wheel, your legs will go all over the place.
Your glutes need to be strong to keep your pelvis steady and help your quads go where they’re supposed to, rather than falling inward.
Did you know, if you are 65 and you fall and break your hip there is a 30-40% chance you will be dead in 12 months. This can be stopped.
Intentionally training your glutes can increase the BMD (Bone Mineral Density) of your pelvis and femur bones, as well as strengthen your lower body, and most importantly help prevent falls.
