It's been a while since I posted a progress update! Here's what's been going on:
I spent the summer (June-September) focused almost entirely on building strength. Now that I'm considerably stronger, the hypertrophy-style training that I'm currently using will be more effective.
Seems to be working pretty well so far! What are you doing in your training?

You don't have to do everything all at once.
Focus on one thing at a time (maybe it's as simple as eating veggies with at least two meals every day), master that one thing, then focus on the next.

Always keep your neck aligned with the rest of your spine. Never "look up" (as in the 2nd pic) when squatting or deadlifting.
The vast majority of folks make this mistake. Fix it, and enjoy enhanced strength and safety. There's nothing that interesting to look at on the ceiling, trust me.

Actions speak louder than words, and those who talk the most usually have the least to say.
Taking action leads to success, and success speaks louder than any words can. So shhhhh... take action! ;)

What's your bodybuilding name? Mine is "gym curler."
Apparently I curl everything in the gym. I don't just curl IN the squat rack, I curl THE squat rack ;)
6 weeks ago I would have laughed if someone told me to do 4 sets of 8 squats with 260 lbs. At the time, 225 lbs for that many sets and reps was a struggle!
That was before I found out about Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP), a fancy term for the absolute best method to get really strong, really fast. Oh yeah, and build some solid muscle too. Heck, Natalie's even using DUP for fat loss!

I haven't been very active here lately; for that I apologize. I've just been too damn busy getting strong as f*ck. My 4 rep max deadlift SHOT from 370 to 400 lbs in just 6 weeks.
How? Three magical words: Daily. Undulating. Periodization. (DUP)
