1v0 up to 5 on 5 working on things Club and HS coaches value in their programs. Spacing, screens, reads, rebounding, transition O and D, communication, physicality, scoring without dribbling, consistent shooting mechanics, forcing off hand, developing off hand, and plenty more of the essentials that translate at all levels of basketball.
Pre registration is still required due to our strict capacity guidelines. Parents must mask up. Players optionally mask up. DM, call or visit our website.

Thank you FIBA Hoop It Up Infinite Hoops
Anytime I can lace em up with pros in 🇺🇸 count me in
The READS are the SKILLS 🧪👨🏿🔬
1. Sprint to the ball so you get early read on defender’s aggressiveness and speed. Leads to easy blow by.
2. Regain control for the 2nd line defense 🔒
Create a close out, read it, blow by.
3. Use 2nd step to bump / lean on defender to gauge aggressiveness and momentum. Defenders momentum is going to the right side to block the shot off the backboard, so I choose floater in the middle. Understanding the aggressive defender can jump high, so I have to put it out of their reach once they do jump.
Fun time playing Pro Am FIBA Hoop It Up 3x3 thanks for the invite. Lost to the champs 21-19. Great games.
*If I should break down the 2nd bucket, like this post.

“So much more aggressive.”
In 🧪🏀 Mad Scientist translates to
“More confident in predicting outcomes and seeing the game 2/3 plays ahead.”

Does it Translate?
I added the "John Wall" to the training sessions for September. Checkout the previous videos of my breakdown.
One of my 7th graders found an in game opportunity to use it, plus a kill dribble finish, and even thought to shout me out to moms.... 🐐…
my training is built around one question, “DOES IT TRANSLATE?”

NBA is back !!
Arizona Athletics - Basketball & Arizona Pride Basketball are looking for talented 7/8th grade girls to
join the program. Final tryout coming soon.

Train wherever you want, but don’t complain about your results 🤷🏾♂️
The best at translating training to games… not even close. All my guys/girls I train have no problems with in game confidence. I’m a mad scientist, not a basketball trainer.

Amazing watching a pro be a pro every single day! Thanks for the opportunity and trust 🙏
Counters: Same foot, step back
My favorite step back.
End your dribble on the lead foot, then step back with that same foot first. You’ll cover a lot of ground.

Pepperdine standout Ally Stedman, WCC All-Freshman Team, getting some quality work in. Lil sis, Heather Standman is a standout freshman at Pinnacle HS in her own right. Sitting on one division 1 offer already.
When you’re a player who can shoot, develop the knack to know when the shot, driving lane, or pull up is presenting itself.
Enjoy 30 secs of a 90 min workout 😀🏀👍
