Today's plan for recovery from my first day back training:
1. A light amount of work on ball machine and serves (still focused with intention on what I'm working through)
2. Food is fuel- eat well and high protein for muscle growth
3. Sports massage- I go twice a month to make sure I am staying on top of any onset pain.
4. Nails- optional self care π§ π

I can't believe I'm confessing this to you π¬ππΎ
But you need to know how amazing you are and stop comparing yourself when you've only started playing a few years ago β€οΈ
I hope you feel the love through this post! π And if you'd like to work more closely with me as your online coach, comment "Plan" π₯

This is the part so many adult players miss.
You can spend hours on court and still feel like your game isnβt changing because court time alone isnβt always enough.
Your body needs support.β¨Your strokes need direction.β¨Your mind needs something to come back to when the match gets tight.
β¨And your week needs a plan that actually makes sense for your real life.
Thatβs what My Tennis Plan was built for β a simple weekly structure to help you train your body, build confidence, and keep progressing without guessing what to do next.
If youβre ready to stop winging it and start following a plan, comment PLAN and Iβll send you the details. πΎ
If you want better match-day movement, your footwork needs to be a part of your training plan -- not just match-day effort. π πΎ
Currently, your weekly routine might look like a group clinic, maybe a private lesson, and then friendly match play on the other days...
And you wonder why all that time on court isn't transferring to the matches. π€·ββοΈ
It's because there's a gap!
There needs to be a way to make sure everything else you're doing transfers on court. Things like your workouts, your mindset, drills you could do in 10 min from home... and of course the footwork. π
I'm excited to announce that 'My Tennis Plan' fills that gap! πͺ And the best part??
It was designed specifically for adult rec players that don't have a lot of time, but could squeeze in 10-30 min a week to better their game when they aren't on court!
Comment "Plan" to join the training system that has built match-day flow for hundreds of players!
If you want to feel like a winner no matter what happens on court all you need is...
To do all that is necessary to win a match π
Think about it, if you do all that you possibly can to prepare (the footwork, the workouts, the lessons, the drills) then you shouldn't be beating yourself up if you end up losing the match.
Instead, you'll just have data on different ways to prepare. And you'll likely find yourself winning more matches because of the work you put in anyways. π
You'll know you did your best no matter what. And you'll recognize you are enough, the score nor your rank defines you. β€οΈ
What happens when you do 5 minutes of footwork a day π
π Faster and more confident on court
π Less prone to injuries
π Better flow in matches
π More balanced & explosive
π Better positioned for the ball
