I like to think big and take on fun, exciting, and sometimes scary challenges. I like to walk up to the base of the mountain, rally my troops, and take on the climb. The greatest discovery that I’ve ever made i

s that my passion for growth tends to rub off on people who also aspire to achieve and create. Once I discovered this everything changed for me….. Since my discovery, I’ve founded and scaled 3 businesses in the healthcare industry. I’ve also developed an online buisness coaching presence where I empower healthcare practice owners to create freedom and fulfillment in their lives both personally and professionally. I pour my passion, energy, and lessons into everybody that I meet in hopes that they can experience just a piece for the personally growth and development that I’ve experienced along my ownership journey. Lessons that have helped me:
- Become a better father
- Become a better husband
- Become a better friend
- Serve more people

If this resonates with you in any way then you are my kind of people. Shoot me an email or DM any time and let me know how I can support you. Your growth and success is my passion. I appreciate you stopping by and look forward to watching you succeed. With Gratitude,

If you can’t predict your collections, you can’t confidently predict your practice’s cash flow.

Start with 3 numbers:
Collection %
Denial rate
A/R >90 days

Know the numbers. Fix the gaps. Hold your team accountable.

Your practice should create freedom, not burnout.

Too many clinic owners are stuck working inside the business instead of building one that can truly grow.

At PPO Club Live, you’ll learn how high-performing operators are:
✅ Building scalable systems
✅ Improving operations
✅ Leading stronger teams
✅ Increasing profitability
✅ Creating businesses that don’t rely on them 24/7

You’ll leave with practical strategies you can actually implement immediately.

Because owning a clinic shouldn’t feel like being trapped by one.

If you can’t predict what your practice should collect next month, you may be leaving money on the table.

A healthy revenue cycle starts with visibility.

Track these 3 numbers consistently:

Collection percentage
Denial rate
A/R over 90 days

Your A/R over 90 days should be below 10%.

And here’s the best part: you don’t have to personally chase these numbers down.

Give your billing team clear metrics, the right tools, and SOP’s then hold them accountable.

Because as the owner, your job isn’t to do everything.

Your job is to build a system that performs without you.

If your practice depends on you for everything, start with TIME.

Most practice owners try to solve their problems by hiring more people or chasing more revenue.

But there’s an order that matters:

1. TIME → 2. MONEY → 3. PEOPLE

If you don’t have time, you can’t focus on the right problems.

If you don’t have financial clarity, you can’t make smart decisions about your practice.

And if you don’t build the right team, you’ll stay trapped day-to-day.

The goal isn’t to work harder.

It’s to create enough leverage that your practice can grow without requiring more of you.

Start by buying back your time.

Then create financial clarity.

Then build a team that gives you freedom.

Being a CEO isn’t just about building a business.

It’s about building yourself.

Because leadership doesn’t stop at the office. You’re leading your business, your team, your family, your relationships and most importantly, yourself.

The hard part isn’t always the strategy, numbers, or logistics.

It’s becoming the person capable of carrying the vision you’re building.

The longer I do this, the more I realize that building something meaningful is a spiritual game. The business grows as you grow.

Your character. Your resilience. Your self-awareness. Your ability to lead when things get hard.

At the end of the day, success isn’t just about what you build.

It’s about who you become along the way.

Here's the number most owners never say out loud. If admin and non-clinical payroll is eating 15 to 25 percent of your revenue, you'll never pay your clinicians what they're worth, you'll never build a cushion, and you'll never get off the floor, no matter how many patients you add.
And here's the part that stings. The admin work is getting done. It's just getting done by the wrong people at the wrong cost. Either it's you, spending 300-dollar-an-hour time on 15-dollar tasks, or a local hire whose real cost is quietly eating the exact margin you need to grow.
That's not a work ethic problem. You've got plenty of work ethic. It's a staffing problem, and it's fixable.
If your money is tight and your admin payroll is heavy, let's look at the real math together.

If your clinic can't run without you for two weeks, that is a staffing problem, not a work ethic problem. Book a free 20-minute Staffing Freedom Call. Link in bio.

Profitability on paper means nothing if you’re constantly wondering where the cash went.

Don’t let your clinic’s money disappear into expenses.

Pay yourself first. Protect your taxes. Plan for growth.

The goal isn’t just to make more.
It’s to keep, protect, and strategically use what you make.

09/09/2026

Your clinic can be profitable and still feel broke.

The problem isn't always how much money your practice makes. It’s how you manage the cash once it comes in.

A simple system can help you stay prepared:

Operations: Keep 1–2 months of payroll as your safety floor.
Taxes: Set aside 10–15% of profits so tax season doesn’t become a crisis.
Expansion: Reserve profits for future hires, new locations, or strategic investments.
Line of credit: Have a backup plan for unexpected expenses or opportunities.

The goal isn't just to make more money.

It’s to keep more of it, protect it, and use it strategically.

Better cash management gives you something every practice owner needs confidence to lead.

Save this for your next financial planning session.

For years my clinic was busy. Slammed, actually. And I still got that sick feeling in my stomach every time I opened the bank account.
I thought the answer was more. More patients, more visits, more me. So I worked harder, and the number never moved.
Then one month I finally put my numbers on a single page, and I found out my therapists were running at about 37 percent utilization. I was paying for a full team and using a third of it. That one number was quietly bleeding me dry, and no amount of new patients was ever going to fix it.
That was the day it changed. I stopped chasing volume and started controlling my money. That's what let me build three locations and get off the treatment floor, not another marketing push.
If you're busy and still broke, it isn't because you're not working hard enough. It's because nobody ever showed you the numbers.

Save this and share it with your leadership team.
