BIG CHANGES!

As most of you know, C & H has been in business for over 25 years now. With the last 5 years of that being the toughest we've ever been through. We've lost 3 family members who worked very hard to keep this company going. We've lost trucks due to quite a few wrecks & gotten behind on pickups due to maintenance on the trucks we have left. We've done our best, but still left plenty people disappointed & confused. All of this to say, we have passed the torch. County waste has become the saving grace Lance & I both needed to move on to our next chapter. With County Waste already being a thriving company willing to help when we needed most, we know you will not be disappointed with their service. There may be changes to route days and you will need to swap to their payment system. You can do that by clicking the link below. County Waste County Waste bought C&H Waste on May 1st and is your new trash service provider. County Waste is Locally owned and has been providing years of reliable service to Pearl River County. We understand past pickup challenges and are here to help provide more consistent and better service.

New Years Eve: Dump will be closed, so we will resume pickup Wednesday. We will finish Wednesday's route customers, then the guys start up on Tuesdays customers. We will not get everyone in one day, so if you haven't been picked up by Wednesday, leave trash out for Thursday. We will continue this and try to finish by Friday, but as loads have been heavy due to holidays, may end up working again Saturday. Thank you all for being patient with us!

THANKSGIVING PICKUP

We will be closed on Thursday. We will start picking up Thursday customers on Friday, and what we don't finish will be done on Saturday.

ALSO: We have been down a truck for almost a month now. I should have made a post sooner, but I thought it would be fixed by now. We have had our 3rd route guy starting his day once the 1st truck comes in and he can only make 2 loads with the trucks we have considering by then, the dump is closed. We have been picking some customers up the next day after their pickup day. We have also rented one of our employees truck & trailer multiple times, so you may see a different logo on the truck that picks you up. I do apologize for the delay, but we are still very adamant in trying to keep yall's trash picked up and have happy customers.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY CUSTOMERS

We had one of our 3 drivers get sick and end up in the hospital. He is okay, but we will not be able to pick the missed trash from Tuesday or Wednesday until next week. I know this is late, and I apologize for having to handle it this way, but we will be issuing you all a credit back for this weeks missed pick up and will resume as normal.

I will let you know now, we are not avoiding your calls. This phone has been ringing back to back, so give Angel a little time and she will get back to you. We have all the info we need in order to give credits to you who missed pickups, so try to only leave a message if it's something more pressing. The voicemail box only allows up to 20. I do not get on our page much, but you can directly reach me, Haley, at [email protected] or you can call or text Angel @ 601-798-5722. She is in the process of trying to call everyone she can get ahold of on these 2 routes, so email or text if possible please!

4th of July route will stay the same as normal route days. We ARE running! Last week had some hiccups with a broken truck and an employee dehydrated. We are on schedule this week and hope all goes well through Friday.

Thursday customers that get picked up in the Nicholson area, if you have yet to be picked up today, your route will be finished tomorrow or Saturday. We have had an unexpected event come up this evening that is out of our hands.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We've got some nasty weather out today and looks like it will be a down pour tomorrow too.

Keep in mind the roads are wet. Please be carful and mindful of our guys that are getting in and out of our trucks to collect trash. We hope everyone will stay safe on the roads today in this weather.
