No rain, no gain! I appreciate today’s class not only showing up, but showing out. A little 🌧️ wasn’t stopping this group from getting it done!

There are currently 8 pistol spots available and 14 rifle spots for these classes. If you’re not leo but want to come let me know so we can try to fascilitate that.

We appreciate everyone that trained with us today! 10 more people are on their way to get the enhancement to their concealed weapon permit. Outside of private groups or requested training, our next MS Enhanced Concealed Carry class will be in April.

Moving forward we will be offering two Enhanced Concealed Carry classes a year, one in April and one in October. This will give us more time to teach other classes such as Red Dot Sight training and Advanced Pistol Shooting. We are very grateful for the support over the past 10 years and continue to look forward to serving Pearl River County!

The next MS Enhanced Concealed Carry Class is May 10, 2025 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We will begin at 21 Richardson Rd in Picayune (Heritage Christian Academy).

The cost for the class is $100.00. Payment is required in advance to register (payable by cash, check, credit card or paypal). Contact me to register either through private message, [email protected] or 601-347-2590.

The class includes instruction on MS Gun Laws, Use of Force, Pistol Knowledge, Safe Gun Handling, Ammunition Knowledge, Shooting Fundamentals, Pistol Selection and Maintenance. In addition to the classroom instruction there is a range portion where the students apply what they have learned and complete a course of fire.

Just a reminder of the Jan 18 class for anyone that might need it. Don’t get comfortable in between active attacks and talk yourself out of it. Also, I have been working on another course involving the response to such and this course is a required prerequisite.
