Tonight for Cardio Drumming we are inside.

Planning on being outside for Cardio Drumming tonight from 6:30 to 7:30, but if it is raining, we will be able to go inside the church. So no excuses.

Look for is inside tonight since we are suppose to get rain again around 6:00

Cardio Drumming tonight at 6:30 at 8100 Refugee Rd. If it is raining, you will find us inside this evening. No rain plan on being outside.

In case any of you have been wondering, I have not been doing lives for Cardio Drumming because it seems as if we get turned off or muted. Hard to do a class and watch to see if Facebook is turning us on or off so created a YouTube channel that you can follow. If you can’t join us in person, at least you can go to this channel and see and join in on our Cardio Drumming classes.

Come and exercise use with us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:30am at 8100 Refugee Rd. We do this outside and it’s a free class it will only cost you $5 to rent the equipment but if you have a bucket, ball and drumsticks just bring yourself!!!!!
