After years of visionary leadership, our President Terry Madden has officially retired. It’s difficult to put into words just how invaluable Terry has been to Volli.

His wisdom, steadiness, and unwavering dedication helped shape our company’s culture, guided us through periods of exponential growth, and laid the strategic foundation for what Volli is today.

Terry didn’t just lead—he empowered. Whether it was supporting innovation in our SIP and UCaaS offerings, mentoring leaders across departments, or navigating the telecom channel with clarity and conviction, his presence will be felt for years to come. We’re grateful to say that Terry isn’t going far—he’ll continue to lend his expertise in a consulting capacity as we enter this next chapter.

With that, we’re proud to announce that Joshua Schluep has stepped into the role of President.

Josh has been instrumental in Volli’s trajectory—combining sharp business acumen with deep industry insight. His leadership style is marked by collaboration, focus, and a future-forward mindset that’s already brought tremendous value to our teams and partners.
