With five years of experience in educational leadership, she showcases the organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills essential for success in today's dynamic educational landscape. Her leadership embodies trustworthiness, ethics, and dependability, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to students, teachers, and the broader school community.

In Honor of Women's History Month, I would like to shine the spotlight on my sister, Commissioner Erica Crawley!! I had the pleasure of meeting Commissioner Crawley a few years ago at a mentoring event for young girls. I learned that Commissioner Crawley is a mother, social advocate, and a sister veteran. She not only served her country with honor, but returned home to serve others in her community. She first served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, and now serves as a member of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners. She is the first Black woman Commissioner, and her commitment to serving every resident every day comes from her life learned experiences.

Commissioner Crawley is a proud Navy veteran and a wonderful public servant who works tirelessly to make life better for others in her community. Thank You Commissioner Crawley for your service which continues even today. You have set the standard high for others to follow, and we are grateful for your leadership! My new motto is "I roll with Erica"
