Welcome to Nelson's Redneck Yacht Club located on beautiful, spring-fed Terrapin Creek in Northeast Alabama, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We offer kayak rentals, shuttle service, campgrounds, cabin rentals, creek side pavilion rentals, and more. We have 3 locations, our launch area, our short float take-out (3-4 hour float), and our long float take out (5-6 hour float).

Every year the week after labor day redneck yacht club kayak rental piedmont ala partners up with the Gadsden sportsman's club for the float for the future.100 percent what is taken up that day goes towards a scholarship at Gadsden state for students to go to college. So please come out and help these students have the opportunity to go to college.not only enjoy a beautiful float down the creek but it's for a great cause.100 percent goes to the scholarship fund.we couldn't do this without yalls help.35 for single kayaks 70 for double kayaks. If you don't won't to float make a donation.please share.
