Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated. 👊

These High-Protein Overnight Oats are one of the easiest ways to have a solid breakfast ready to go when your morning gets busy.

🥣 Simple ingredients
💪 High in protein
⏱️ Takes about 5 minutes to prep
🧊 Make several at once for the week

Recipe:
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup berries
Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Mix everything together, refrigerate overnight, and grab it on your way out the door in the morning.

Healthy eating gets a lot easier when you stop relying on motivation and start making the healthy choice the convenient choice.
