ONE YEAR OF EPHESIANS SIX 🤍🥋

One year ago, we had a dream, a word from God, and the courage to say “yes.”

We didn’t have everything we needed. We didn’t have all the answers. But God provided every step of the way — through people, opportunities, provision, and countless answered prayers.

What started with an empty space, a lot of work, and a whole lot of faith has become so much more than a Jiu-Jitsu academy.

It has become a family. A community. A home.

In just one year, we’ve watched children grow in confidence, families grow together, athletes reach new heights, friendships form, and lives be impacted far beyond the mats.

Every prayer. Every sacrifice.Every late night. Every difficult season. Every victory.

It was all worth it.

Because Ephesians Six was never just about Jiu-Jitsu.

It was always about faith, family, community, and purpose.

And when we look back at everything God has done, there is only one way to describe it:

“Thus far the Lord has helped us.” — 1 Samuel 7:12

Thank you to everyone who believed in this vision, served alongside us, prayed for us, supported us, trained with us, and became part of this family.

One year down. A lifetime to go.

Dallas Open 2026 > Dallas Open 2025

One year ago, we had one student competing before Ephesians Six officially opened.

This weekend, we showed up with a full team. Kids and adults stepping on the mats, supporting each other, and bringing home amazing results.

It’s hard to put into words what can happen in a year. So much growth, so many new faces, and so many moments that reminded us why we started this.

Looking at these two photos says more than we ever could. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. We’re excited to keep building what God has entrusted to us.

🎉 GRADUATION & CELEBRATION 🎉

One year ago, God opened the doors to something much bigger than a jiu-jitsu academy. He gave us a family.

Join us as we celebrate 1 YEAR of Ephesians Six Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and honor our students during our Graduation Ceremony.
