Some new changes for the upcoming season .......

🔥🏐 Excelsior Empire RVA Update! 🏐🔥
Big changes are coming for the 2025–26 volleyball season, and we want our members ready for them ⬇️

⚡ Screening: No raising hands above your head on serve until the ball crosses the net.
⚡ Doubles: Multiple contacts on your team’s 2nd hit are okay if the next touch is by a teammate.
⚡ Subs: You now get 15 substitutions per set – more flexibility for your game plan!
⚡ Liberos: Teams can choose 0️⃣, 1️⃣, or 2️⃣ Liberos each set.

Junior Day Volleyball Junior Day is designed for high school girls volleyball players that want to work directly with college coaches in an on-court environment. The events are for those players who are focused on becoming college volleyball student-athletes or want to learn more about that process.
