Happy New Year!!! and Happy new video of today's workout. Super fun putting this together :-) We also did core work, total body exercises, mountain climbers, dumbbell snatches, etc. Burnt 900 calories!

Fitness peeps, I just finished Part 2 of my core stabilization video on YT. Check it out when you can, it's a short 5 minutes and you can do it in your living room on a yoga mat. Your posture will significantly improve if you do it consistently (2-3 times a week) for 4-6 weeks. IM me for tips if a move seems too challenging. Share with your friends! Have a great weekend!

You should NEVER hire a personal trainer just for great workouts or intellectual knowledge. You have the internet, podcasts, videos, books, you have DVDs, your Peloton, your Apple Fitness, Fitbit, you have tons of online resources for that. Save your money.
You should ALWAYS hire a personal trainer when you want 1) one-on-one support (live or virtual), 2) motivation, 3) guidance, 4) direction, 5) inspiration & 6) wisdom.
