Florida summers are no joke, and keeping our horses happy and healthy always comes first. On these hot days, groundwork is just as important as time in the saddle. Building trust, improving communication, and reinforcing the basics from the ground helps create a confident, well-rounded horse while giving them a break from the heat. Every lesson doesn’t have to involve riding—sometimes the most valuable progress happens with both feet on the ground

Our arena is beautifully dragged and ready for 30 lessons this week 🐴❤️

Our lesson kids are doing a fantastic job learning how to ride different horses and becoming more confident riders every day.

Each horse teaches them something new, helping them develop better balance, communication, and adaptability in the saddle.

Beyond riding, they are also learning the importance of proper horse care, including grooming, feeding, tacking up, and keeping equipment clean and organized.

Understanding how to care for their horses helps build responsibility, patience, and respect, creating well-rounded horsemen and horsewomen both in and out of the barn.❤️
