A REAL PARTNER COMP! Stay tuned, as we release more details on our 3rd Annual Buddy Brawl. This year hosted by Burg Crossfit. Registration begins OCT. 1ST!
FEBRUARY 6TH, you and your buddy will compete against some of the best 2 person teams around. Your buddy does not have to be from the same gym as you, in fact he or she doesn't even have to be in the same state as you! Each team will consist of 2 athletes of the same gender and will compete in 1 of 3 divisions: Beginner Buddies, Intermediate Buddies, and Advanced Buddies. This will be a 1 day even
